Confluence bridge for Float

Description
This is a Confluence bridge for the float macro. It use the XWiki box macro.
Only a subset of the parameters supported by the Confluence macro are supported by this bridge macro: title, exclude, include and page. The remaining parameters are ignored:
- background: As the box macro don't support this parameter, it can't be supported for now.
- border: As the box macro don't support this parameter, it can't be supported for now.
- margin: As the box macro don't support this parameter, it can't be supported for now.
- padding: As the box macro don't support this parameter, it can't be supported for now.
